Premium subscription: €4.99 incl. VAT / month or €49 incl. VAT / year, billed via Stripe. VAT is included and calculated from the subscriber's country. Applicable promo codes are those shown at checkout.

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by subscribing you request immediate access to the digital content and expressly waive your right of withdrawal for the current period. This waiver is a separate, never pre-ticked checkbox at checkout; proof of your consent (timestamp, IP address, exact wording and its version, interface language) is retained.

Model withdrawal form (only if you have not waived this right): “I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/We (*) withdraw from the contract for the provision of the following service: ordered on ___; name: ___; address: ___; date and signature.” Send to FPV FLY, SAS, 35A rue de la Paix, 67170 Brumath, France.

Cancel anytime from your account area. Premium access stays active until the end of the paid period.

Rookie Radar is an information service. FPV FLY undertakes a best-efforts obligation in providing the service and warrants neither uninterrupted availability nor the absence of errors.

Third-party data. Sports information, Hype scores, card references and press mentions come from third-party providers (notably API-Football, Google News, TheSportsDB) or from catalogues published by card manufacturers. FPV FLY warrants neither their accuracy, nor their completeness, nor their timeliness, and cannot be held liable for any decision taken by the user on the basis of that information. The Hype score measures a level of media and sporting attention; it is in no way a market-value estimate, a buy or sell recommendation, or a prediction.

Availability. FPV FLY cannot be held liable for interruptions, slowdowns or malfunctions caused by the Internet network, an external intrusion, a computer virus, or the failure of a third-party provider (hosting, data providers, payment processor).

Force majeure. Any event qualified as force majeure under French case law releases FPV FLY from all liability.

Cap. In any event, should FPV FLY be held liable in respect of the service provided, the compensation may not exceed the amounts actually paid by the customer for the current subscription period.

These provisions in no way limit the rights the consumer holds under the mandatory provisions of the French Consumer Code and Civil Code.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to first seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Strasbourg, France.
